Payment and Fees

REACH Counseling Center is in-network with Aetna Health Insurance plans. If you are intending to use your Aetna insurance plan, please contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about co-pays and fees.  All payments are due at the start of your therapy session.

Apart from Aetna, REACH Counseling Center is a private pay out-of-network practice and does not directly bill insurance. Many insurance companies provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers, and we are happy to provide you with a comprehensive receipt (or "superbill") that can be submitted to your insurance company.  Please contact your insurance company ahead of time to inquire about reimbursement options. All payments are due at the start of your therapy session.


Payment is $190 for 45-50 minute sessions and $220 for your initial intake session. DBT Group sessions are 75 - 90 minutes long and are $50 per person per group. Pet Bereavement support groups are 60 minutes long and are $35 per person per group.

*Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not seeking a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) or expected charges. The GFE shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for services provided. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. It does not take into account any reimbursement that you may receive as a result of out of network benefits. The GFE does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that nay arise during treatment. If you are billed for more than this Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.*
