During your individual therapy sessions you will identify tangible, concrete goals and will regularly track progress towards those goals. Between-session home-practice will maximize your opportunity to make progress, and road-bumps and challenges will be thoughtfully worked through. Currently individual sessions are being offered both virtually and in-person.
